Collection consists of port surveys done by NOAA's National Sea Grant Aquatic Nuisance Species Program. Collection sites include Wilmington, North Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina, Savannah, Georgia, and Jacksonville, Florida. The goal of the project was to determine whether non-indigenous marine species have been or are becoming established within the four major ports of the South Atlantic Right.
